We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Agadir. In this role, you will be reaching out to independent business owners in Japan, introducing them to a risk-free, high-exposure marketing network that drives new foot traffic directly to their doors. If you are a confident communicator who thrives on building quick rapport and closing deals, we want you on our team.

Profil Recherché

Requirements

Flawless Japanese Communication: Exceptional verbal and written Japanese skills with a neutral or native-level accent (experience dealing with the Japanese market is a major plus).
Sales Drive: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
Resilience & Agility: A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection smoothly and keep the energy high.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital registration systems, CRM tools, and guiding clients through online forms simultaneously while on the phone.
Reliability: High discipline and punctuality required to consistently manage the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound B2B Calling: Conduct outbound calls to independent businesses across Japan using a proven, high-converting script.
Pitching & Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits of joining a free marketing network, overcoming objections with confidence and ease.
Lead Qualification & Closing: Confirm decision-maker details, verify business eligibility, and guide the owner through a seamless, 2-minute digital registration process.
Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and positive experience for potential business partners.

Shift Schedule & Location

Because you will be targeting the Japanese market, this role requires working overnight hours to align with their business day.

Working Hours: Midnight to 8:00 AM (Morocco Time)
Days: Monday to Friday
