Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Support customers in both English and French
Provide accurate and personalized solutions

Handle sensitive situations professionally
Meet SLA and KPI targets
Maintain accurate customer records
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Customer service experience is a plus
