-Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
-Promote telecom products (mobile plans, internet packages, add-ons, upgrades)
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
-Handle objections effectively and close sales
-Update customer records accurately in the CRM system
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
-Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
-Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
-Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
-Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environment (telecom is a plus)
-Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
-Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
-Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
-An hourly rate paid training from the first month;
