We require a unique hybrid profile—a Technical Executive Assistant / Operations Admin.
Because we are increasingly AI and systems-focused, the candidate must possess both excellent administrative soft skills and a disciplined, logical approach to technology workflows.
Core Responsibilities:
Administrative & Student Support (50%): Handling executive email filtering, calendar coordination, document formatting, and student onboarding admin.
System & Workflow Execution (50%): Operating strictly within our software stack. A major component of this role will be executing repetitive, logical functions and managing manual ticketing fallback loops within Freshdesk.
Our Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills suitable for a UK client base.
Strong technical discipline—the ability to follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) without variance.
Prior experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing/CRM frameworks.
