rket Wave is looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international customer service team.

You will handle customer interactions mainly by phone, assist customers with their enquiries, provide clear and accurate information, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

A strong command of spoken English with a clear and natural British accent is essential for this position.

Fluent English, both spoken and written
Clear and convincing British accent
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confident and professional on the phone
Strong customer-service mindset
Patient, polite and solution-oriented
Previous experience in customer service or an English-speaking contact centre is preferred
