We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and team management, as well as the ability to analyze and optimize sales performance. They will play a key role in achieving company objectives by coaching sales representatives and ensuring excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance.
Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with sales procedures and quality standards.
Manage customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
Actively participate in prospecting and expanding the client portfolio.
Handle conflicts and find solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports to the sales management team.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 or higher).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proven experience in team management and sales coaching.
Excellent command of French and English, with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience using CRM and reporting tools to track performance.
Initiative-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
