We are looking for Bilingual VR Operators (French/English) with hands-on experience using Virtual Reality headsets and joystick/controllers.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience using VR headsets and VR controllers/joysticks
Comfortable navigating immersive virtual environments
Good computer skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow procedures
Experience in gaming, VR, technical support, or customer service is an advantage

Profil Recherché

Operate and monitor Virtual Reality sessions
Assist and guide users during VR experiences
Use VR headsets and controllers efficiently and safely
Identify and report technical issues
Ensure an excellent user experience while meeting quality standards
