Your Mission:
Provide high-quality customer support in French and English (via phone, chat, or email) for the Canadian market.
Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Mandatory: Previous experience supporting the Canadian market or having lived in Canada / Quebec.
Excellent understanding of the Canadian French accent and culture is essential.
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused, motivated, and flexible with work shifts (day/evening).
