You’ll handle inbound calls from the US market, providing crucial support for patients and healthcare professionals.
Your Role:
Handle inbound calls (Level 1) from US customers and healthcare professionals.
Assist with inquiries, complaints, and basic technical support.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Represent the brand positively through outstanding service.
High school diploma (Bac) or higher.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional in all situations.
Computer literate and adaptable.
Ability to work night shift.
Willingness to start immediately.
