We are hiring as part of the launch of a new customer service project for a major international brand in Canada, with a strong focus on customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our partner’s customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Providing accurate information about products and orders
- Handling complaints and offering effective solutions
- Ensuring diligent follow-up using internal tools
- Meeting quality standards and performance targets
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with digital tools and communication platforms
- Reliable, motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Available for in-person training in Rabat
- Must reside in Rabat, Salé, or Témara only
- Comfortable to work Night shifts
