Join Foundever Rabat as a Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist supporting a well-known global brand in the Canada market.
What you’ll do:
-Be the main contact for team members via phone and email — listen, clarify, and solve day-to-day workplace questions.
-Give straightforward, accurate answers about policies, benefits and procedures.
-Handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy; know when to escalate to the right specialist.
-Log and follow up on requests so issues are closed properly.
-Spot repeating issues and suggest simple fixes to make work smoother.
Who we’re looking for:
-Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
-Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or HR support — if you know how to handle people on the phone and by email, you’ll fit right in.
-Strong communicator: clear on the phone, tidy in email, good at listening and de-escalating.
-Responsible and discreet — you’ll manage confidential matters professionally.
-Comfortable working night shifts.
Nice to have (but not a must):
-Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
-Experience with employee relations or internal support teams.
