• Handle customer requests related to sales, billing, loyalty and claims;
• Listen actively, analyze each request and provide the most appropriate solution;
• Manage and follow up on customer cases through to full resolution;
• Identify business opportunities and promote our products and services;
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience on every interaction and reinforce long-term loyalty.
• Fluently bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills : you enjoy interacting with people and listening to find solutions to their requests;
• Ability to multi-task and meet pre-established objectives;
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities;
• Availability to work full time according to the following schedule.
