Handle inbound calls from customers interested in opening a new Mobility account.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable mobility offers and services.
• Present products clearly and professionally to convert inquiries into new activations.
• Guide customers through the full subscription process (eligibility, offers, account setup, and documentation).
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience while meeting sales and quality objectives.
• Accurately document interactions and account details in internal systems.
• Excellent communication in english and active listening skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Comfortable working with systems and following processes.
• Previous experience in call center sales or telecom is an asset.
