• Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (mobile plans, internet packages, add-ons, upgrades)
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections effectively and close sales
• Update customer records accurately in the CRM system
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
* Please note that more than 80% of the calls are in English; however, a good level of French is mandatory.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in inbound sales or call center environment (telecom is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target‑oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to handle objections and remain motivated
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• An hourly rate paid training from the first month;
