Since 2021, Allianz Technology has launched Allianz Services to support Allianz entities in their innovative projects. We are currently looking for passionate team members with strong customer service skills to strengthen our team, specifically in the German language.

Do you enjoy providing quality service and reassuring customers? This position is made for you!

Your daily mission :
.Answer incoming calls from customers needing help to solve a problem with their product.
.Listen carefully, understand the situation, and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
. Schedule appointments for technical interventions.
. Strictly follow procedures and manage complex cases by escalation.
. Update customer information and ensure accurate case follow-up.
. Collaborate with other teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Profil Recherché

Profile sought:

. Very good command of German, both spoken and written.
. Naturally service-oriented, precise, and attentive to details.
. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn continuously.
. Basic knowledge of English or French.
. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
. Experience in customer service is a plus.
