XMA BPO is a subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal.
We are recruiting call center agents (M/F) for outbound calls:
-Lead generation: generating high-quality leads.
-Prospecting and targeting: identifying and targeting potential customers in the Canadian market.
-Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
-Implementing weekly and monthly reporting.
Profil Recherché
- Experience in B2B is mandatory,
- Comfortable with web/social media research,
- Very good command of English
- Good command of french is an asset,
- Enjoy challenges

Amplitude horaire
2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. + Weekends off
Salaire Net + primes
6,750 MAD + bonus
