Profil Recherché

We're looking for Customer Support agents that speak FRENCH & ENGLISH & ARABIC (Khaleeji accent)

Criteria:

- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies (desirable)
- Proficiency in working with multiple systems simultaneously and adept at internet navigation
- Capability to manage multiple chat interactions concurrently.
- Proficiency in French, English and Arabic (Khaleeji)

Previous experience in similar post is required, either in Crypto, Fintech, Banking/Financial services, Debt collections, Law (contract management).
