Descriptif du poste

Assist customers in both French and English through various interactions.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products and services.
Work toward and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Build strong, professional relationships with customers and respond to their questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow established processes and procedures.

Profil Recherché

Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environments is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good computer and digital skills.
