Job Description:
As part of our growth, TELUS Digital is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a banking activity. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions and providing high-quality support while ensuring compliance with banking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chat)
- Assist clients with banking inquiries and account-related requests
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Profile Required:
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
