As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish), you will be responsible for:
Handling customer inquiries in English or Spanish, based on business needs
Delivering high-quality customer support with a solution-oriented approach
Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customers
Managing customer complaints in line with internal procedures and quality standards
Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting performance KPIs
Financial support for relocation available for candidates based outside Casablanca
Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Spanish: C1 level | English: B2 minimum
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Good computer literacy
Previous contact center experience is a plus
