Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/French) B2B Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic TELUS Digital team.
In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our business clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support to B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier support to business clients through phone,.
Manage inquiries related to billing, products, and service activations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency (English and French) required.
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) — preferably in a bilingual or B2B environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail and customer focus.
