We are looking for English and Arabic-Speaking Gaming Support Advisors who will be representing a famous gaming brand for the Middle Eastern market .
You are passionate about gaming ? You have a prior experience in technical support or customer service for an English and Arabic speaking project and you are looking for an ambitious career plan ? This project will be the perfect fit for you.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be entrusted with providing the necessary technical assistance to customers regarding issues that may arise. The advisor will be responsible for troubleshooting and, in case further intervention is required, will escalate the issue to a second tier and properly document the issue to ensure a seamless undertaking and timely resolution.
Your mission will include the following :
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues
• Responding to customers’ inquiries and providing insights about platform usage and useful recommendations.
• Documenting interventions to ensure that a proper follow-up is provided
Required profile :
• Have an excellent command of business English (C1 level written and spoken)
• Have a good command of Khaliji and Middle eastern Dialects
• Proven experience, ideally in a call center, and preferably in a English speaking project focused on technical support or customer service
• The capacity to clearly explain and provide guidance for a technical problem to a customer
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
