Descriptif du poste

Our multinational company is recruiting customer service representatives for a large hotel chain to market hotel stays
- Ensure the proper management of customer emails
- Embody, promote and enhance the image, products and services of the brand
- Know, master and communicate procedures, product category specifics, terms and conditions and legal requirements
- Comply with group policy and procedures in terms of security and confidentiality
- Make additional sales using appropriate sales techniques and consultancy approach
- Be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Profil Recherché

- Excellent English and WRITING skills;
- A minimum level of education of Bac+2 in tourism, commerce, management or equivalent
- Previous experience in the tourism/hospitality sector is highly desirable
- A commercial mindset combined with a strong capacity for suggestion
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a reservation agent in a call centre environment would be desirable
- Proven interpersonal communication skills.
- A customer-oriented attitude (Smile, courtesy, Empathy, Knowing how to listen to the end without cutting the customer off).
