New position opening – bookings team

Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Booking Sales Agent to join our Bookings team for the upcoming summer high season. This role is highly focused on sales and customer engagement, with the objective of converting leads into confirmed reservations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in re-engaging potential tenants who have not completed their booking process or whose reservations were previously cancelled, offering tailored solutions to secure new bookings.

Profil Recherché

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required).
Additional languages are a strong plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
