We are looking for a detail-oriented Listings Agent to join our Operations team.
Important

Applications will only be considered if the candidate has previous experience in Back Office, Administrative Support, Data Entry, Content Management, Listings Management, or a similar operational role. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining property listings on our online platform, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and meets the highest quality standards.

Profil Recherché

Key Responsibilities
Create and publish new property listings using the information, photos, and videos provided.
Edit and update existing property listings.
Review listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Support online property verification processes.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Write and optimize property descriptions (copywriting).
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality content across the platform.

Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Back Office, Data Entry, Content Management, Listings, Administrative, or similar role.
Excellent written communication skills in Spanish with strong grammar and spelling.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive, reliable, and process-oriented.
Nice to Have
Experience working with CMS platforms, CRMs, marketplaces, e-commerce, or digital content management.
Basic copywriting experience.
Previous experience in quality control or content review.
