Reporting to the Operations Manager, your missions will be to :
• Coaching the agents in the development of their skills and the evolution of their job
• Managing the activity (organization of agents, dispatching according to the flow of calls, tasks, etc..)
• Controlling the quality of communication and compliance with procedures by listening and being close to the field.
• Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Stimulate a dynamic by encouraging exchanges within your team and with other departments
• Disseminate messages and facilitate the circulation of information by setting up appropriate means (meetings, debriefings, etc.)
• Ensure the proper application of procedures and management rules...
• Ideally, you have a minimum of two years of higher education, with proven experience in team management.
• Recognized by your taste for challenge, your sense of results and your audacity,
• You are keen to work in a growing group and to participate in its development.
• You are able to show pedagogy, listening skills, pragmatism and are a force of proposal to accompany and make the team progress.
