This position requires direct communication with our customer base. You will what you learned in your training to effectively diagnose and solve their technical issues.
To fulfill this position, our candidates need to have:
Strong leadership and time management skills
A competitive, calm and professional attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills in ENGLISH (a must)
1+ year of technical customer support experience (preferred)
Having a healthy dose of entrepreneurship, curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality
A proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a solution-selling approach
Digital Marketing or Advertising knowledge is a plus
