What Will You Do?
•Assist customers by phone and email.
•Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
•Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
•Help create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Profil Recherché

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, telesales, or lead generation is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a genuine ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital platforms, and multiple tools simultaneously.
• Professional, reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a structured and international environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts and maintaining a high level of service throughout the shift.
• Able to represent a premium brand with professionalism and attention to customer experience.
