As part of the launch of a brand-new customer service project for a world-renowned Canadian brand, Foundever is recruiting bilingual (FR/EN) Customer Service Agents for night shifts.
You will be the first point of contact for our partner's customers and play a key role in the quality of the customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming requests via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy
- Provide clear and effective answers regarding products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer complaints and offer relevant solutions
- Use internal tools to ensure thorough follow-up
- Achieve defined quality and performance objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in French and English (C1/C2 level)
- Comfortable with computer tools and digital platforms
- Sense of service, rigor, punctuality, and team spirit
- Experience in customer service preferred (but not mandatory)
- Mandatory residence in Rabat, Salé or Témara
