Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in both English and French.
• Deliver accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center roles preferred.
