A dynamic project is currently seeking talented English and Arabic speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading company operating in the Middle Eastern market.
In this role, your mission will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction — whether it’s answering questions, handling requests, or resolving complaints. As a key point of contact, you will play an essential role in shaping the company’s reputation through high-quality support and strong customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a wide range of customer interactions by phone
• Actively listening and understanding customer needs with empathy
• Applying the most effective approach to resolve each case efficiently
• Maintaining professionalism, patience, and composure in all situations
• Accurately recording customer interactions in the appropriate systems
• Representing the company with a positive, service-driven attitude
Required profile:
• Have an excellent command of business English (C1 level written and spoken)
• Have a good command of Khaliji and Middle eastern Dialects.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus specifically in the middle eastern market.
• The capacity to clearly explain and provide guidance for a technical problem to a customer.
• Good computer skills.
• Serious and dynamic attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills .
