Foundever Rabat is launching an exciting new Automotive project and is seeking English-speaking Customer Advisors to support claims processing in the Automotive Repair industry.
As part of this team, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers and repair facilities in processing claims efficiently and accurately. You will review vehicle service agreements, determine coverage eligibility, request inspections when needed, and interpret policy terms to resolve customer cases.
This role involves direct communication with customers, repair shops, and occasionally with clients, ensuring each claim is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
If you have experience in the automotive sector—such as working as a Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, or in automotive repair operations—and you’re looking for an opportunity to bring your technical knowledge into a customer service role, this is the perfect fit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Review vehicle service contracts to determine coverage for reported failures
• Assess whether inspections are required and interpret policy details accurately
• Communicate with customers and repair facilities to gather all necessary claim information
• Document and process claims using internal systems with high attention to accuracy
• Research repair details and provide clear updates to all involved parties
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and uphold quality service standards
Profil Recherché
We are looking for candidates who:
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken – C1 level or higher)
• Have experience or strong knowledge in automotive repair or service operations
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Can interpret policies and technical information with attention to detail
• Are professional, empathetic, and customer-focused
• Have prior experience as Service Advisors, Parts Processors, or in automotive customer service (preferred)
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
