English/french customer service representative – canadian account (night shift)

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a major international brand in Canada. This is a night shift position, ideal for candidates who are comfortable working overnight hours while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Answering incoming calls professionally and with empathy
-Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and orders
-Handling customer enquiries and complaints while offering effective solutions
-Ensuring timely and accurate follow-up using internal systems
-Meeting quality standards, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction targets

Profil Recherché

- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with digital tools and communication platforms
- Reliable, motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Available for in-person training in Rabat
- Must reside in Rabat, Salé, or Témara only
- Comfortable to work Night shifts
