As part of the official launch of Fortrade Ltd. in Morocco, we are recruiting Trilingual Account Managers (EN/FR/Gulf Arabic) for our Rabat office.
You will act as the key point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our online trading platform and supporting them throughout their investment journey.
Your Responsibilities:
⦁ Engage with clients who register for demo accounts
⦁ Present platform features in a clear and personalized manner
⦁ Convert demo users into real, funded accounts
⦁ Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
⦁ Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
⦁ Maintain and update CRM records regularly
⦁ Collaborate with team members to meet business goals
⦁ High school diploma or university degree.
⦁ Strong proficiency in English, French, and Gulf Arabic (B2+ level) – both written and spoken.
⦁ Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; we value motivation and willingness to learn.
⦁ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
⦁ Knowledge of Forex and CFD trading is advantageous but not required.
⦁ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
⦁ Based in Morocco, preferably in Rabat or nearby areas.
