Outbound sales agent, english b2c campaign (cold calling experience required)

Descriptif du poste

We are looking for experienced outbound Sales Agents to join our growing sales team in Agadir. You will cold call prospects, present our services, handle objections and close sales, earning attractive commissions on top of your base salary.

Profil Recherché

Minimum 1 year of proven B2C cold calling experience in outbound sales (mandatory)
Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and resilience
Team player, available to work some Saturdays when needed to reach targets

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to consumers
Qualify leads, build rapport and pitch our services
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Keep accurate customer records in the CRM

Amplitude horaire

Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm. Occasional Saturdays to hit targets.

Fixed net salary + uncapped commissions
