Job Role : We Are hiring a Skilled Professional To Join our Team As a team Leader.

Key responsibilities :

-Manage Daily respontabilities of Team recruitment,organization, Planning, Coaching and ensuring custumer satisfaction
-Regulary collaborate with various operational departments, You stay informed of evolving business needs and emerging Trends
-Active involevement in the vision of allianz Services Morocco,Contributing your ideas and helping to develop the group’s ambitions. you connect the group’s ambitions with the team’s and employees objectives
-Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of our products, you stand ready to provide guidance and support to your Team as required
-Ensure initial level controls are conducted, documented and continously refined to adapt to evolving Tasks.
-Employing a structed approach, Meticulously investigate any operational inefficiencies, -
Drive process enhacements, and champion a culture of contineous improvement
-Monitor the team’s KPIs and backlogs on a daily basis

Profil Recherché

You Have
- Proficiency in Dutch both oral and in writing, Proficiency in English/French is also required
for this position
-Experience in the insurance sector is desirable
-Excellent Leadership skills ( Results oriented, change-oriented)
-Data interpretation skills and setting SMART objectives
-Proactive and active approach to task resolution
-Diligence, punctuality, systematic and responsible approach
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word,Excel, PPT, Outlook)
