We are currently looking for passionate team members with strong customer service skills, specifically Italian-speaking profiles, to strengthen our team.

Your daily mission:
• Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their products.
• Listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
• Strictly follow procedures and manage complex cases through escalation when necessary.
• Update customer information and ensure accurate case follow-up.
• Collaborate with other teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Very good command of Italian, both spoken and written.
• Service-oriented, detail-focused, and precise.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to continuously learn.
• Basic knowledge of English or French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
