Customer Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative revolve around the ability to build client relationships by answers incoming customer calls regarding service questions, product issues, development requests and general client concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Answer questions about the products
- Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled
- Establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments

Profil Recherché

- Strong aptitude in the SPANISH & ENGLISH language is a MUST
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Enjoy speaking to and helping people
- Computer savvy and has strong technical skills
