MARKETING CALL CENTER is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as a Trainer.
The Trainer will be primarily responsible for providing an engaging and motivating learning environment for our newly hired agents. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to continually deliver a comprehensive training program that positively improves our activities.
Responsibilities
Provide an engaging and motivating in person and/or virtual learning environment for new hires
Monitor and provide continuous feedback to the new hires to promote continual learning and growth
Participate in the continuous improvement of the training content in order to meet the changing operational/business needs of the organization
Coordinate the development and use of new hire coaches
Provide additional training as determined by the management team.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
Prior training facilitation experience in a call center environment preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
