As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure across our Moroccan office. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional (3+ years) with a strong technical background, proactive problem-solving ability, and a passion for operational excellence.
You will act as a key technical point of contact, supporting both local and international teams while contributing to system improvements, infrastructure projects, and security enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft OS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Oversee system security, user access controls, and data backup integrity.
• Support and maintain telephony systems and softphones (SIP, 3CX, ConTAQt, etc.).
• Install, configure, and monitor IT hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Administer and support CRM systems, ensuring stability and smooth integration with other tools.
• Collaborate with international IT teams to implement upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, procedures, and technical processes.
• Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports, providing insights to management.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to IT strategy discussions to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, network configuration, virtualization, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent command of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
